Each Package includes the estate plan documents listed in each package tailored to your specific needs and to your specific state. We also provide you with detailed Signing and Notarization Instructions, Care Instructions for how to safeguard your documents and who to share them with, and if you purchased a Trust-Based Package, Trust Funding Instructions for how to make sure assets go into your trust.
There are no added costs or fees from us after purchase for your estate plan documents to become effective! The only additional costs you may incur is costs for notarization if you decide to pay a notary to have these executed, and you may need to incur a cost to transfer real estate that you own into your trust if you own real estate and purchased a trust. This cost exists because you must draft and record a deed in the County where you own property to transfer the property into your Trust. We provide you with referrals for who can assist with this, and the cost varies because each County has varying charges and has slightly different requirements for the deed and recording.
If you purchased a Trust-Based Package and do not currently own real estate, you can purchase future real property directly into your Trust without having to incur this cost!
